No, components are not licensed for commercial deployment including reselling or integrating into systems for non-personal use. Please note that commercial licenses can not be applied to products retrospectively.
The K140 is most at home in GA aircraft cockpits, however it is compatible with most aircraft including airliners. It's features and operation depends on the specific autopilot configuration of each aircraft. For more detailed information, please refer to K140 Autopilot documentation
